A remix featuring The Doors “Riders On The Storm” and Blondie’s “Rapture” was released in 2005 and is a seamless example of a clever mash-up. “Rapture Riders” was not only approved by both bands, but was remixed using the original studio tracks.

Officially released both as a single and as a track on Blondie’s 2005 album Greatest Hits: Sight + Sound, the song reached #1 on the Billboard US Hot Dance Club Play chart in May 2006.
