Representatives from the Fox Theater would not appear on Jimmy & Yvonne’s show this morning with Phantom of The Fox Joe Patten but did send us a statement.

He’s lived in a 3000 Sq. Ft. apartment inside the Fox Theatre for over 30 years and now is embroiled in a huge controversy. He says they want him out. The theatre says “No, don’t go, Joe!”. He’ll be live with Jimmy & Yvonne Tuesday morning at 7:00.
